WHAT A CONNECTION IS?

A connection (or feed) is any stream that we add from any of our supported social networks.

Examples include:

A Facebook Page. An Instagram hashtag. A Twitter Account. A Pinterest Board. A LinkedIn Company Page...

HOW LONG ARE YOUR CONTRACTS?

Month to Month - Our Monthly Recurring Plans paid month-to-month - You can cancel at anytime.

Special Bundles - We offer a 15% discount when paid upfront.

CAN I SWITCH PLANS?

Yes, at any time. When you upgrade or downgrade your Linklabs plan, you will receive a prorated charge depending on the cost of the new plan you choose.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY PLAN?

If you are on our monthly subscription plan, you can “Request to Cancel” inside the Payments tab of your payment dashboard. A Happiness Hero will confirm your cancellation, and you will have access to your content until the end of your billing period.

IMPORTANT: If you cancel your plan, all your data will be deleted. Why? It takes a lot of server power and expenses to keep your Hub's running. Please note: We do not prorate usage for individual months. When you request, we will set your account to cancel at the end of your current billing period (see above). Unfortunately, we do not process refunds if your billing period has passed.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY RECEIPTS?

We send all receipts to the e-mail address associated with your account. To change this e-mail address, please contact us.

HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT

We use Stripe, a safe and trusted payment processor used by thousands of businesses. We take security very seriously and will always make sure your payment information is protected. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Invoices are only provided on-request a special Bundle.

THIS FEELS EXPENSIVE, WHY IS IT PRICED THE WAY IT IS?

Aside from all the behind the scenes server/API calls, page view caching, image rendering, and uptime maintenance, we invest significant resources into services like GNIP and Embedly to ensure you have accurate volume of content and serve high quality images that your audiences create. Nothing looks worse than having your audiences create content and the system not picking it up, which most alternative solutions will leave you with.
